Summary of Responsibilities
Responsible
for the operations of the 1171 facility, including support/production of Demers
Type II products and all brands of remount/service work.

*Manage the operations concurrent with
business growth, introduction of new products, cost objectives and various
product mix. *Development and execution of strategic
planning. *Participate in the implementation of advanced
manufacturing technology to improve production cost and promote on-time
delivery. *Develop management talent within operational
areas to achieve performance targets. *Achieve operational objectives through
planning, implementing, evaluating, and forecasting. *Maintain operations within budget. *Create and effective operations team through
written and verbal communication. |
