MacQueen became part of the Braun family when they acquired Kodiak Emergency Vehicles in 2024. Kodiak Emergency Vehicles, based in Grand Ledge, Michigan, is a full-service provider of ambulances, remounts, EMS/Fire/Police upfits and services and will now be a part of the MacQueen emergency solutions business segment.

True North Emergency is a servicing distributor for customers in need of Emergency Response Vehicles & Equipment. They offer the full Braun lineup, as well as ambulance models from our partner brands, Demers Ambulances and Crestline Ambulances. They joined the D-B-C dealer network in July 2023; we are honored to have them as part of the Braun family of dealers. 

True North sells new ambulances and provides service for Braun customers in Alaska, Iadho, Oregon, and Washington. Whether you are municipal or private, professional or volunteer, rural or urban, they have the products to keep you moving.

Danko Emergency Equipment is a family-owned business that manufactures and sells high-quality firefighting and emergency vehicles to fire departments, rural fire districts, and governmental entities. When it comes to new ambulances, they offer Demers Ambulances, Crestline, and now Braun Ambulances. Operating out of 42,000 square foot facility equipped with the latest, state-of-the-art manufacturing technology, Danko is well-equipped to provide first-class service after the sale. In addition, many of their employees serve their local community on the fire service; their knowledge and firsthand experience adds value and input in helping to select the perfect emergency vehicles for their customers.

Apgar Ambulance joined the Braun dealer network in 2020. They are our new ambulance sales and authorized service center partner for Montana.

Apgar has been focused on providing new and used ambulance sales for 25 years! The company offers new and used fire, police, and ambulance service, sales, research, and consulting. They operate five different websites designed to assist EMS providers in purchasing and selling their new and used ambulances. 

The company is owned by Steve Apgar. Steve spent years in the Montana EMS system as an EMT, first responder, and Montana Highway Patrol EMS officer. He has personal experience as a Disaster and Emergency Services Director and County Fire Chief. 

In 1995, Steve became a District Sales Manager in the ambulance industry. For a decade, he oversaw new ambulance sales in seven western states. In 2007, he became an independent dealer. In 2010, Apgar joined Demers Ambulances to help market their new ambulance models in the region. In 2020, they expanded their partnership with Demers to include Braun Ambulances and Crestline Ambulances.

Ten-8 Fire and Safety joined the Braun family in 2010. They offer the highest quality of emergency products to their family of customers in Florida and Georgia. By continually investing in personnel and facilities, their dedicated team of sales, service, and support staff stand ready to serve you.

Spartan Fire & Emergency Apparatus joined the Braun family in 2015 as the dealer partner for North Carolina and South Carolina. Based in Roebuck, South Carolina, they have facilities in Summerville, South Carolina and Garner, North Carolina.

The company was founded in 1973 by Bob Fore as a dealer for Pierce Manufacturing. Over the years, they developed close relationships with their fire apparatus customers in the region and wanted to expand to better meet their growing needs. In 2013, they added Holmatro Rescue Equipment to their lineup. In 2015, they rounded out their offerings with Braun ambulances.

Today, they are the premier dealer organization for sales and service of emergency vehicles and extrication equipment in the Carolinas. Their trained team of certified technicians and sales representatives share years of experience in the industry. They are dedicated to representing the best brands in the industry and delivering the highest level of customer service.  

RedSky Emergency Vehicles joined the Braun family in 2018. They are the Authorized Sales and Service Center for Braun Industries in Arizona, California, and Nevada. The company operates out of Ontario, California and Phoenix, Arizona.

The company was founded by Jim Featherstone and Kirsten Skyba in 2010. Both have a long history in the fire and emergency vehicles industry. Jim is a lifelong firefighter, EMT, and fire chief. Kirsten has been in the industry since 1996 and has a true passion for serving the first responder community. Their unique backgrounds allow them to best serve their customers in finding the emergency vehicle that suits their needs and budget.

Prior to joining the Braun family, RedSky was a dealer partner with Demers Ambulances. When the Braun dealer territory opened in their region, they were a natural fit to assume the role of Braun dealer partner. The highly customizable Type I and Type III ambulances from Braun join the Type I, Type II, and Type III models from Demers and the CCL 150 Type I and III from Crestline to allow RedSky to serve as a one-stop-shop for new ambulance sales.

After the sale of a new ambulance, RedSky provides service as a Braun Authorized Service Center from several locations throughout the region. They help maintain and repair units throughout the ambulance lifecycle. Their service offerings include ASE certified technicians, the latest tools and equipment, and a wide selection of in-stock parts with the ability to ship same day/overnight.
