We pride ourselves on customization at Braun. A big part getting exactly what you want is selecting the right ambulance chassis. Each of our five ambulance models offers several chassis platforms to choose from. Ford, General Motors, International, Dodge, and Freightliner are all OEMs working with Braun to supply high quality ambulance chassis.
FORD AMBULANCE CHASSIS OPTIONS
Braun models are available on the E-350/450 Super Duty Cutaway Chassis and F-350/450/550 Super Duty Chassis Cab. We also offer the F-650 – a Type I Medium Duty Chassis – on our Super Chief ambulance. These chassis options come with the ambulance prep package through Ford’s Ambulance and Fire/Rescue line.

GENERAL MOTORS AMBULANCE CHASSIS OPTIONS
Select Braun ambulance models are available on the Chevrolet G3500 and G4500 Cutaway Van Chassis, as well as the Silverado 4500HD and 5500HD Chassis Cab. The 4500HD and 5500HD are available as a Regular Cab or Extended Cab in two or four-wheel drive. INTERNATIONAL AMBULANCE CHASSIS OPTIONS
If you’re looking for a Type I Medium Duty ambulance, an International Chassis from the CV™ Series is a great option. We offer select Braun models on the International CV4500HD Diesel and International CV5500HD Diesel chassis. The MV 607 is an option for our Super Chief model, and is another excellent choice for a Type I Medium Duty ambulance.

DODGE AMBULANCE CHASSIS OPTIONS
While we can build several models on the RAM 4500 Diesel and RAM 5500 Diesel chassis, we are unable to take any new orders on these chassis at this time. Due to an issue with supply from the OEM, all RAM chassis builds are on hold. Please contact us directly at 877-344-9990 if a RAM chassis was part of your new ambulance design; we can discuss your options with you.
